Leadership Team
Lamar Lockett
As Executive Director of Twist and Shout School of the Performing Arts, Lamar brings his south side Chicago roots to Rogers Park's performing arts scene. A University of Illinois graduate, he returned to Chicago Public Schools with a mission to give back through an eclectic mix of teaching—from ballroom dance to chess, Lego robotics to spoken word poetry. His innovative after-school programming earned Illinois' "Program of The Year" award. Between classes, you'll find him at local coffee shops, crafting plays or challenging opponents to "friendly" chess matches.
Teodoro Ramos
Ted Ramos combines his roles as CFO and elite triathlon coach at Well-Fit Performance Studio and Midtown Athletic Club. Drawing from 15+ years of coaching experience, he leads group training programs that foster team spirit while helping athletes achieve personal breakthroughs. As Program Director, Ted has guided hundreds of triathletes, swimmers, cyclists, and runners to success. His mission is simple: help committed athletes at all levels transform their "impossible" into "achieved."
Malgorzata Rejnowska
Marketing Director Malgorzata brings a unique blend of over 10 years of creative expertise and strategic vision to her role. Armed with degrees in Marketing Science and Arts, she has established herself as a driving force in brand and marketing development. Her comprehensive understanding of both creative and strategic aspects of brand management makes her an invaluable asset in developing and executing transformative marketing initiatives.
